What size and shape of badge does the IDLETAC Wallet fit?
It fits any shape of badge within the enclosure that is equal to or smaller than 2.5 by 3.5 inches (6.4 x 8.9 cm). Your badge needs to have a compatible connection type such as flat back, pin style, and wallet clip. It does not fit pin and safety catch designs. Check out the "Will my Badge Fit" page for further information.
What are the conditions for the 30 Day Money Back Guarantee?

I don't have a Magsafe case, what should I do?
The wallet comes with a magnetic ring and instructions for installation on phone/cases that do not have Magsafe.
We still strongly recommend you have a quality Magsafe case for ease of installation.
I have a Magsafe compatible case, and I received a metal ring with purchase, what can I do with it?
Use it to hang your wallet on a wall, or anywhere you may set it down. It's great for getting it up off your desk at the office, or leaving it by your keys when you are ready to go.
My badge doesn't fit, but I want one.

We are 2 people and a dog, packaging and shipping our products from Ottawa, Ontario Canada. As you know first responder schedules can be hectic, but we ship them out in a timely manner.

The product was designed in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada with the assistance of Brash Product Development. The manufacturing is done in China.
