Shipping policy

This brand is run by active first responders. We ship out 3 times per week during the weekdays. Shipping will be completed as soon as possible upon prompt payment. Most Duties and fees are covered in the checkout process, outstanding duties over and above those covered by IDLETAC may be incurred by the recipient in unusual cases.

We reserve the right to take a vacation, if this is the case it will be promentaily displayed before any delays are expected.
